The second training workshop for TOGETHER Programme’s Mentors. We get acquainted with the specifics of mentoring work with young people. The elements of developmental psychology and the analysis of events that potentially await Mentors in their everyday work will come helpful here. We prepare with special care for the first meeting with the Mentee, establishing relations, activating positive thinking and emotions, as well as preparing the ground for setting future goals and tasks of the Mentor - Mentee cooperation.
